The   Case

I was diagnosed with chronic pain syndrome following the negligence of a property management company and the former  lawyer who misrepresented my case is now pursuing me for £40 000 expenses although  he  misrepresented  me  and  his instructions were to settle of court  4  years  ago.  I have  a  new  lawyer  now   and  I  am seeking justice for my personal injury too  as  he   has gone  to  every  length   and  now   aiding  the  defenders  for  the  property  management  company  subjecting  me  to  miscarriage  of   justice.  

This injury  affected  my   career  goals  as  at  the  time  of  the  injury  I   was  already  a  graduate  pursuing  my  masters  degree  and  since  being  misrepresented   this  case  has  turned  my  world  upside  down  and  left  extremely  depressed   and  suicidal.
