Unfair Court Judgement
Unfair Court Judgement
Summary
Dear All
I always believe that there is Law and Order in Britain, not until the day I end up in county court to defend a false claim. I decided to defend without a solicitor; that was a mistake and I realised you must be legally represented in order to be heard.
I have all my evidence and defence struck by the district judge; without hearing defend in court they will never know the facts. I am sure that many may have have gone through the same kind of unfairness.
My Case
I need to raise £3000 for my barrister David Welch, Barrister Alexander Chambers, 13 Halstead Road, London, E11 2AY who will defend my case:
The problem started when I hired a real estate agent to manage and rent my London flat while I was abroad. When I requested the rent money he refused to pay me so I hired a solicitor. I was scammed by her as she did little work and bad, she did not know the timescales, etc to get the matter to court and she even overcharged me for all this. As a result, my defence was struck, Naturally, I didn't want to pay her and that is when she took me to court. Even a legal Ombudsman I consulted with confirmed her work was wrongly done and overpriced.
Now she is going to court to force the sale of my flat and try to get the money she thinks she is owed.
There is no legal basis for her claim as I have been told and I have a hearing on the 28th of October. This is my deadline to not lose the home in which I have been living for the last 20 years.
I am in an absolutely dire situation where my house is at stake; I do not wish to become homeless as many of you will understand the importance of your own home. Please find the kindness in your heart to assist me in this matter.
What is the next step in the case?
Mr David Welch, Barrister at Alexander Chambers, will prepare a defence to stop the claim as there is no legal basis for the claimant from the start. This is my only chance to put my defence to a higher judge.
Thank you for reading my case and I hope I have been able to portray my devastating situation and I trust in your heart's kindness to help me keep my home.
