The Welde Bears have been in my late husband Johnny Welde's family for 92 years. I am now the sole owner and operator of the family business. Along with my son, Johnny Jr., we manage the most beautiful bear preserve in the country called "Bearadise Ranch", that my husband and I built 18 years ago. At Bearadise, we conduct tours, by reservation, to educate families and children about the species, the dangers they face in the wild and the practice of bear conservation. Our guests also have the great advantage of experiencing bear behavior and interaction in a natural habitat where our bears swim, fish, play, run in the grass, demonstrate various natural bear behaviors, physical interaction, and show mutual love and affection while training with us. Tragically my husband Johnny passed away in January 2017, and since then my children, my bears and I have been cyberbullied, attacked and victimized. These attacks on our family ranch, our educational tours and conservation outreach program, our ownership of our bears, our morals, ethics, image, reputation, our care, treatment and training of our bears has been highly orchestrated by professional lobbyists. These corporations use strongarm bullying and intimidation tactics, extortion, fraudulent smear campaigns and celebrities to seize animals against the will of the family home where our bears have lived happily for years, so that our bears can be taken to an animal rights organization corporate affiliate where they can put our bears on display, fundraise, and to build and flex their political clout with politicians and government bureaucrats who are beholden to these corporate lobbyists and engage in massive global fundraising war-like campaigns to profit from their nefarious corporate activities. The animal rights organization has global reach with corporate offices in New York, Los Angeles and Washington DC, they collectively bring in $100s of millions of dollars and hold millions more in corporate investment portfolios and prime real estate, under the guise of "protecting animals". The animal rights organization's business model annually generates millions each year in income, company assets and corporate investments (i.e. collectively they are part the corporate 1% in America who do not even pay their fair share in corporate taxes). The animal rights organization has politically targeted my family bears and have engaged in a war-like campaign to seize them by force using their teams of lawyers through a tactic called lawfare which attempts to financially drain ordinary Americans through frivolous lawsuits, cyberbullying and corporate astroturfing to harm us financially with our business colleagues and associates, and to unfairly attack our family business, our good name and our public reputation with the ultimate goal of taking our bears by force and intimidation and separating the family from our beloved bears so that they can sell merchandise, make money off of them at a facility of the animal rights organization's choosing and dispose of them when they are no longer commercially viable for their company. They have launched a campaign against me and my family to damage our reputation, slander, threaten, bully and harass us and cause intentional harm and damage to my business and our home bear preserve. The animal rights organization has engaged in a deliberate disinformation campaign and has sent out false and misleading press releases to my local media stations. They have unlawfully intervened in our family business. They have emotionally enraged the public through lies and have encouraged others to engage in stalking, in staged protests at my places of employment and they have written letters of libel, slander and defamation to my employers in a deliberate effort to seize our family of bears for themselves and transport them to their abusement camps where they will be used for corporate fundraisers. animal rights organization and their affiliates will use our bears for their Hollywood celebrity business partners, internet political campaigns to raise tax free money. This harassment campaign began full force after the death of my husband Johnny and has prevented me and my children from mourning his death in peace. They have even offered me money to stop exhibiting my bears which I do so legally.I am duly licensed and regulated by USDA and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and comply with federal and state laws and regulations. My bears are valuable to the animal rights organization and their corporate syndicate because they are well fed, happy, healthy, well adjusted and bring in donations. The animal rights organization has been intentionally disrupting my computer traffic and internet email communications through a business disruption technique called astroturfing that forces me and my business employers to have to sift through tens of thousands of hate mail in order to read the regular daily mail that I need to conduct my personal and business affairs. The animal rights organization, through the targeted international astroturfing of tens of thousands of emails, attempts to prevent me from engaging in my daily activities of caring for my bears and my children. Also as a result, I have continuously been victimized with harassing hateful phone calls arising out of the animal rights organization's false campaign. The animal rights organization's fraudulent fundraising attacks have caused me unspeakable grief, anxiety and fear for my life, my family and my bears. I must live my life in peace with my bears, and only seek to stop being viciously bullied and threatened by these corporate giants. I will continue the work to honor my husband and the Welde family legacy. My bears are my love, life and our passion.
