We are a group of parents that are desperately trying to stop our children's school from becoming an academy. The school have not consulted with us the parents during this process. The majority of parents only became aware of  the plan to convert via a leaflet handed out by the NEU, we believe that this makes the  first consultation flawed and unjust so we want to raise enough money to go to court to obtain a injunction to halt the process. To allow for a full and meaningful consultation with parents, staff and the community ending in a binding ballot.  St Luke's is a small one form entry school based in Lambeth SE London and although parents are willing to help fund this we know that we will never be able to raise enough money to go to Court alone so we are asking for your help.
