Hi all
My name is Michael Thomas Daniel, I am currently living in Oregon USA undergoing my treatments for Stage 4 Colon cancer with mets in lung, liver and kidneys, sharing that with you so you will get an understanding as to why I am broke and in need of help.

Ill provide links, as I feel if you see the videos you will understand my story  a bit better, and its me being honest, talking right to you.
So, for starters my first impassioned plea that got the ball moving; I curse, so be forewarned, this was at the end of a bad week, after a year long fight with this Company and this cancer.

The main story is this, with a legally signed contract, honored fully on my end, they breached it owning me 100,000$ which was pay for some, loans and investors to be paid back, I sold my truck for the Post Production and more.

So, their breach, which is now over a year long fight, has caused so many problems for me, and they KNOW I have terminal cancer... and they refuse to pay.

Some of you will know the people I am trying to get justice from, this isn't the first time they have done this in the US or the UK.

I have contact with attorneys in the UK who are ready to act, and assume the entire cost for demand, then action would be somewhere around 27,000$ US, I think I read it right --- the demand letter of course is more reasonable as a start, but that is what they think the overall out of pocket before we get paid back cost will be, and that is aprox, obviously based on Lawyers time, etc...

Next step is, once I have the money in hand to send to the attorneys, we are going after them for all of it and the legal costs and the pain and suffering and hopefully ensuring they cant do this to anyone ever again.

How much we are raising and why? -  I dont know, I am not from the UK, my guess as above, is a "Total" of around 27,000$ US,  thats if they dont act and we have to move heavy I guess with law.

I dont have much time and Id like to express, I want this to be something that eventually helps other people not deal with these problems when working so hard for a dream.
