A SCREAM FOR JUSTICE ALMOST 8 YEARS LATER

We commemorate the 9th of  April 2011 when Tristan van der Vlis was recklessly allowed to kill 6 innocent civilians in cold blood and then committed suicide.

The Police and State committed blunder on blunder at the expense of victims: now already almost 8 years later we are seeking justice. 

We are the next of kin, the disabled shot survivors, the traumatically injured victims, the decorated heroes because we have been able to save people and the duped entrepreneur-victims.

Case Background

After years of extensive research by our advocate Orlando Kadir of Corpocon Legal B.V., it now really appears that this massacre could and should have been prevented by Police & Justice.

There has never been a question of normal enforcement, a registered psychopath who had been known as such to the Dutch Police for years was subsequently awarded no less than 5 legal weapons in a bizarre way and was enabled to kill 'legally'.  

Dutch State paid lawyers of the Police have been saying for almost 8 years that Tristan van der Vlis could have bought illegal weapons anywhere while it has already been proven that he never even tried this. 

The Dutch Police is fully liable, next to the perpetrator. 

The Dutch Police has made disastrous, extremely bad mistakes for many years in this case and that they themselves put the shooting incident 'under the hat ' with all means when it turned out that they had indeed made crucial and badly negligent mistakes for years:  THE POLICE, ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW.

Why is government failure always allowed?

110 relatives and victims after almost 8 years of legal struggle are still denied by the State and the National Police...". Victims are not supposed to get help , it seems...".

The Dutch Supreme Court has heard the plea of both the duped and the Police, we are awaiting further legal actions to be undertaken, even to the European Court of Justice.
