I am using this platform to raise awareness to challenge discrimination re mask exemptions. There are many hate crimes towards "vulnerable" people in the community. I hope that this is a game changer.

I am a 60 year lady who meets disability criteria and mask exemption criteria. I suffered outrageous harassment and discrimination from a member of the general public in Oct 2020 as a passenger on South Western Railway ("SWR") trains.

Despite pleading for support from train guard to alert police to meet the train due to a "psychotic" aggressive individual harassing me for not wearing a mask, SWR left me to fend for myself and jettisoned me, leaving me exposed to risk from this very aggressive individual.

SWR responded very ambivalently to my formal complaint about the dereliction of duty of care from 4 members of their staff whom I approached for protection. British Transport Police are investigating the crime.

I am seeking crowdfunding support to hold SWR accountable. I hope that this will be a pivotal case forcing all businesses to comply with EQUALITY LEGISLATION and protect the rights of others and that my case will be be a "game changer" for our rights.

I am respectfully seeking £2,000 initial funding to bring this case and have asked Robin Tilbrook to represent me.  I really appreciate any support offered.  Thank you for your support.
