I am campaigning on behalf of thousands of families who are still unable to visit their loved ones in Care Homes. 

Failure to follow government guidelines and the use of blanket bans and incorrect visiting policies is unacceptable. 

We need to raise funds to seek legal advice on this issue and draft a letter  to a specific care home to point out the concerns and failings in terms of the breaches to the guidance as it stands. We are concerned that there are significant breaches which must be challenged.

It is essential that care  homes unlock their doors and allow families in, before it is too late. A POSITIVE OUTCOME would be for you to contact your care home without needing to take legal action. My hope is that my letter paves the way for you to write to your care provider and for them to stop ignoring you. 

We have waited for over a year to see our relatives and now it is time to take action.
