I am a hardworking man who has contributed towards the United Kingdom since my arrival and I am an upholding member of society. I have had bad luck after bad luck with regularising my residence.

Who am I?

I am a hardworking man who has contributed towards the United Kingdom since my arrival and I am an upholding member of society. I have been in the UK since May 2007 and under a work permit and Tier 2 general visa category as a Chef.

My case

I applied for Indefinite Leave to Remain in September 2017 which was refused as the English Language requirement was not met and the medical exemption was refused.

I then applied for Further Leave to Remain and this was refused due to a gap of 46 days in between the curtailment of my work permit and the new Tier 2 being granted. The delay was 18 days in excess of the 28 days allowed and this was due to the delays in the sponsor management system.

My wife and 3 children joined me in August 2010 and have been resident in the UK. We gave up everything and sold all our assets in Pakistan in order to set up our new lives in the UK.

I have no criminal convictions or grounds of general refusal and have worked hard to contribute to society and do not have any blemishes on my personal record at all. I have been let down by employers which caused the initial curtailment and then the Home Office's own sponsor management system which delayed the processing of the application.

Why am I raising funds?

I am raising funds to fight to stay in the UK with my family. We have built our lives here and we deserve to stay and continue contributing to UK society as we have since we arrived.

Please help me by making a small donation to my case by sharing the campaign with friends and family - any help you can give me is so greatly appreciated!
