My name is Linzi Smith and I am a lesbian, a Christian, and a lifelong Newcastle United fan. Late last year I was investigated by the Premier League, hassled by the police and banned from attending matches at my beloved club because I dared to express my opinion that men cannot become women.

Newcastle United, together with other clubs, have been encouraged by the Football Association to embrace trans ideology, trans philosophy, and trans politics. Under the influence of politically motivated pressure groups like Stonewall, football has become an unwelcoming place for people like myself.

Having taken advice from Sinclairslaw , I am launching an action to kick Stonewall out of football. We all believe in the principle of equality and football for all. This cannot happen when Stonewall promotes one group at the expense of another.

The FA’s own rules restrict partisan and political influence on clubs, fans, players and games. Keep political agendas out of football! My action seeks to ensure that the ‘rule makers’ stop being the ‘rule breakers’. That the playing field remains level for all.

We have recently seen footballers pushing back against this imposed ideology. And there are campaigns to ensure that women’s football is played exclusively by women.

My action is taken on behalf of everyone who cares about our beautiful game. Please support if you are able.

Legal Costs

I have instructed Sinclairslaw to threaten the Football Association with litigation unless they undertake to no longer promote the LGBT cause through insignia and armbands at football matches. Politics doesn’t belong in football! If they do not back down, I will commence proceedings in the High Court.

I am initially seeking £30,000 to prepare this case for court. If the Football Association decide to defend this case then my costs will be significant and I will need to raise at least £100,000.
