My name is Linda and this is my story!  I truly believe that by sharing what has happened to me while in Office as the Mayor/Chairman it will help in preventing any one else going through this horrendous experience. I have suffered constant harassment and bullying from members of the Council and the Clerk. Unfortunately, there is no organisation that supports the Mayor/Chairman from unfounded accusations as the ones that were levelled at my reputation. 

The correct procedures were not followed by the Council to protect my good name and negative statements have been publicised against me. 

Even after a full and confidential investigations were carried out by various external bodies and were dismissed, I continued to suffer from harassment and unfair treatment.

Why am I doing this? 

I need to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I also want to make sure that the people involved are held to account for their actions. 

As for the claim itself, I am not only seeking an injunction against these public officers but also seeking protection from harassment, however, I cannot do this without your help.

I would appreciate any help from anyone who is willing to  support  me to obtain the justice that will bring this to an end.

Hopefully, another end result will be a change in the law which protects others like me. This is why I need your help today to raise at least £20,000.
