Who am I? - I am Jane Collins, Director of FosterSupport.

Summary -  In the spirit of compassion and justice, we reach out to you with a heartfelt plea for help. Having secured legal representation for the foster child, the carers, devastated by the unjust removal of their foster child one week before Christmas, now need your support to challenge the unlawful practices they have endured and ensure that they are able to express their love and commitment for the child in the court proceedings being brought in his behalf.

What are we trying to achieve? - Launching this Crowd Justice campaign to raise funds specifically for the foster carers will enable us to challenge the unjust practices of the local authority and give the foster child the chance to return to his loving foster home.

The case will contribute to a precedent for other foster carers facing this same practice seen all too often. This in turn will ensure that children in care are better protected from distressing and unnecessary upheaval.

What is the next step in the case? - Legal support has been found and going forward the funds will be used to allow the foster carers to have legal representation as intervenors in the child's case, with the end goal of having the child return home.

How much we are raising and why? - To help our foster carers we need to raise £10000

A successful campaign, will be a step closer to foster carers being heard and respected.

We appreciate times are extremely hard for all, we can only make these changes if we stand together and thank you for time considering our cause.
