The Case 

In February 2021, I was charged with stalking with intent by the CPS for causing serious alarm and distress.  

Why?  

I have been wrongly accused of 'stalking' by my ex-partner and now find myself charged with ‘stalking with intent’ by the CPS and will appear at Chelmsford Crown Court in November, where I will plead not guilty and defend myself at trial thereafter.

I have not stalked or harassed my ex-partner. The truth is, it’s the other way around and he has been stalking and harassing me, which I intend to demonstrate with evidence at my trial. He is also attempting to sue multiple people close to me and has caused untold harassment and mental health issues for myself, my friends and others too.

Why is he doing this? I whistle blew on his abuse of his crowdfund, where he was using funds for his own personal use rather than for what the fund was intended for. 

He has now vigorously pursued a complaint against me, and I now find myself charged with this offence. In order to ensure that the trial proceeds fairly for all parties I am limited in the further information that I can provide at this stage, but I will post updates on the hearings that take place and any person wanting to attend the trial can do so.

I desperately need your support in helping me show the court and a jury that I am innocent and have been wrongly accused. This case may well end up being a landmark case on what is acceptable as free speech on social media platforms such as Twitter.

I have already spent £26,000 to date out of my own money in defending myself. I am a principled and honest individual who works as an executive for a medical company. I have no previous convictions and before this case, have never been arrested or had any dealings with the police. Full invoices for all work carried out by my lawyers will be provided to ensure total transparency. .Any funds left-over will be returned to you.

Estimated costs are in excess of £100,000 for the case to be heard in the Crown Court – this is for my Solicitor and Counsel/Barrister. I am starting my target at £10,000 and the stretch target at £50,000 which would just be amazing.
