In 2016, I was the victim of revenge porn, or the non-consensual distribution of my intimate images. The offender maliciously posted my intimate content to Tumblr, made a fake Facebook page, and then used that page to send my intimate content to my father, my daughter’s boyfriend, and to other people in my life. When the offender posted my content, they attached my Facebook name and profile picture, encouraging creeps to contact, harass, and plague me with messages for months on end.

The photos in question are all selfies, meaning I should own their copyright. If this is true, my case is not simply a case about a privacy violation but is also about copyright infringement.

After years of exposure and frustration, I have finally decided to hire an attorney to remove these images from the internet and help me get justice for this horrible crime.

I firmly believe that no man or woman should ever fall victim to such life-altering attacks. I want to stand up for myself and set a standard for this kind of behavior in Maryland… but it will take money to get through this case, and the only way I can pay for this endeavor is with your help!
