A few months ago, my online business on Instagram was targeted by a criminal who made it their aim to destroy my online page. The individual set about creating false copyright strikes against my own content, and forced Instagram to remove my page and posts. I produce gaming videos and other entertainment related posts, all owned by myself, and this person has stopped me and my business from growing.

I will provide some examples of what I post on my page:

Years of work have been completely put on hold, and my dream career online with my business has been stifled by this criminal activity.  I have no understanding as to why my business was targeted, all I know now is that I have to fight this, and deal with the consequences of false copyright strikes. It is far too easy to randomly strike somebody's own art and content, and face no legal repercussions for it.
What can I do about it, and how can you help?

I would like to pay for a lawyer to help combat Instagram to reinstate my account, and to take legal action against the criminal who targeted by page. However, this requires money.

The total required is £1000 - this is enough to draft a letter of advice for myself, and to take the necessary legal steps to take action against the criminal behind the strikes.


What can I offer to those that help me with my legal fees? My account had 80,000 followers. I will personally thank each and every individual that donates to this cause on my story, in front of thousands of my fans. I will let the world know what good you have done for a small online content creator business as best I can. I will keep a record of every person who has donated and feature them in my description on my YouTube channel. I will be eternally grateful for ANY donation you can give.
