Fund me to establish justice for many against an oppressive Regime

I am a right conscious person who often stands up against injustice and oppression whoever against it may be. I believe that I have been TERMINATED unlawfully from my MEMBERSHIP of the MCA.

Who am I – I am a right-conscious person who often stands against injustice and oppression whoever against it may be. I believe my membership of the MCA has been terminated unlawfully. .

Summary -Muslim Community Association (MCA) is an Islamic Organisation. I believe that my membership was terminated unlawfully and I have issued a court claim against the MCA. . A recent investigation carried out by an MCA Investigation Committee found that there had been acts of wrongdoing in MCA elections, including the 2019 election where the current Central President was elected. The Investigation Committee concluded that some members of the Shoora Council had been involved in this wrongdoing.

Call to action - I believe that my membership was terminated because I raised these important issues to the Central President and that other members have had their memberships terminated for the same reason. After exhausting all the internal avenues to get justice and fairness, I am now compelled to bring a legal claim to restore my membership and ensure that the Investigation Committee's findings are implemented. I believe that this is in the best interests of all MCA Members. (The defendants deny my claims in the court proceedings.). I am not in the position to fund this claim by myself. So far we have spent around £40k and we require at least another £60k to run our legal campaign (including the court cases) effectively. I am pleased that hundreds of aggrieved MCA Members supporting me morally and financially for this legal campaign. . Please contribute and share this page now!

What are we trying to achieve? - There are 100s of unincorporated associations or clubs (faith-based or general) in the UK, where members are often suspended, terminated, or feel bullied by their respective leaderships.

Victims generally think that they have no legal rights because the club/association is unincorporated. Our legal campaign will seek justice for those victims so that they can find the strength to come to the court of law. It would make a huge difference to the lives of many who find themselves in this situation. So I think it is very important that you all support this noble cause for justice and fairness.

What is the next step in the case?  We have already received firm commitments of over 50k from individuals. There is a long way to go but I'm willing to go as far as it takes for justice. We have pending invoices to pay to the solicitors. Please support as much as you can and get eternal rewards (Sadaqa Jariyah) for supporting the cause of justice.

How much we are raising and why? - The Solicitors gave us a target of £100k. My target is to raise £50k from this page. The rest will get funded by my friends and families, and the Members of MCA.

Thank you and I am grateful for your help and support.
