Fighting firms using "low deposit" promotions to rip-off customers

Like many other victims of this form of corporate abuse, I was lured into booking a holiday with a misleading "low deposit" promotion.
At no point does this company make clear to customers that after paying this deposit they will be on the hook for many times that cost.
Companies using low deposit terms have imposed excessive and disproportionate charges on countless consumers using unfair terms, hidden in the small print.
Misleading low deposit scams cause significant harm to many consumers. The practice must be overhauled or banned, and previous victims should be offered advice on how to seek redress - as we have seen with PPI.
I will be fighting this campaign in tandem with defending a small claim whereby I intend to file a counterclaim against the claimant for exemplary damages for knowingly pushing misleading promotions, and for pursuing customers in and out of court for excessive and disproportionate charges that are underpinned by terms that are unfair under several counts of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I am looking for a solicitor to support me in this case, to ensure that my (prepared) documentation is watertight, and to ensure that appropriate legal procedures are followed.
