Who are we? - Black Lives Matter Party Ltd - The UK's anti-racism political party

Summary - We are seeking a Judicial Review of the Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities' report (CRED), which claimed that there is no institutional racism in the UK.

We are calling for the Judicial Review of the CRED report because it does not show any evidence that it took into account the thousands of racism cases brought before the Employment Tribunals in England and Scotland since February 2017, at a rate of 4 cases per day, or the racism cases brought before ACAS (the “Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service”) and the Independent Office for Police Conduct during the same period.

As result of these serious ommissions the CRED report is not credible and should be rejected in accordance with the recommendations of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UN).  (Visit: www.theblacklivesmatterparty.com for further detail.)

Call to action - We would like you to donate toward the CRED Report Judicial Review fund today - immediately!  The first 24 hours are crucial.   Please press the donate button now.  THANK YOU.

We believe that a contribution of just a few pounds from thousands of citizens, concerned about the truth about racism being known in the UK, will speak so much more loudly than one big fat cheque from a wealthy donor.  We are depending on your support.  We are depending on the support of the many; regardless of their race or ethnicity.   We cannot take on the Government without your backing.

Please donate and help us get the truth about racism in the UK acknowledged by the Government so that we can 'get rid of racism'.

Word of mouth is still the most effective means of communication.   Please ask your friends and colleagues to donate.

What are we trying to achieve? - Our case will force  Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities to withdraw its dangerously flawed report and initiate further research that includes actual data from thousands of racism cases.

What is the next step in the case? - Having already sent the legally required 'letter before claim' to the Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities, the Commission have until 1 June 2021 to agree to withdraw their report and agree to do further research that includes the thousands racism case brought before the UK Employment Tribunals, ACAS and the IOPC.

If Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities refuse to agree then legal papers will be lodged with the court applying for the Judicial Reveiw.

How much we are raising and why? - We are raising £60,000 (sixty thousand pounds) to cover legal fees associated with bringing the Judicial Review case against the UK Government's Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities before the High Court.

We need your support: please contribute and share this page now!

Thank you for helping rid the UK of racism!
