Bullies in Business
Bullies in Business
In 2014 I found a property that needed a total refurbishment through a contact I had,, he introduced me to an extremely wealthy female investor , I explained the details that the property could be purchased at £400,000 plus £15,000 fee and with the refurbishment cost of £80,000 the property was worth in excess of £700,000, I asked for a 50/50 split they put up the money and I do everything else, once they got all the details they then said they will do it but would only give me 35% after further negotiations I accepted based on me getting £10,000 towards my costs and expences.
Once all agreed work started, within no time they started interfering and whilst I was in hospital they tried to stop me working there by accusing me of theft , this went to criminaI court, I was found not guilty by a unanimous decision and the Judge suggested in open court that I should go to the civil court to get the money owed to me plus damages , plus the defence barrister proved in court the the investor with others tried to blackmail me and conspired to deraud me of any future money that she would owe me once the property was sold, during this time I suffered a mental breakdown needing both medical attention and counselling.
I am owed £87,000 plus by an extremely wealthy and devious woman she will not answer questions to the solicitor or pay me, she has now written to my solicitor stating she has the money to prolong this case and fight it if need be.
I now know that she has a track record in bullying the small businessman into not paying using her position and wealth.
I have a solicitor Mr Tim Gir of Saunders Witherspoon and a Barrister Mr Phil Williams both are looking at my case stating that I have an extremely good chance of winning in the High Court.
Initially I need to raise £15,000, By winning this case and getting paid I will finally get closure and hopefully come off all medication and move on with my life and to settle any outstanding debts that this situation has caused me and my family
