After careful consideration and consulting the members of the BP Pensioner Group, we believe that we have a legal case and set of legal arguments that should be considered and resolved by the Pension Fund Trustee seeking a Court ruling (Route 1) or by the members of the BP Pensioner Group seeking a determination by the Pension Ombudsman (Route 2).
