We started this company in 2009 and produced our first performance energy drink in April 2014. We stopped producing the product in 2016 due to family health issues that needed all of my attention. Our goal was to continue building our dream of being entrepreneurs and come out swinging in 2017. Unfortunately, this year Monster Energy, widely known as a bully to small businesses, has decided after 7 years that my trademarked name infringes on their brand. One would think they would have filed an opposition against the trademark back in 2009, and not after I’ve built a business. We have the best attorneys behind us for this battle and are working on raising money to battle this huge company that's trying to bully a small business.
