Over the past 10 plus years locals have found themselves accused and charged of wrong doing. Some found guilty and some find themselves having to represent themselves in court as they are unable to fund lawyers’ fees.Some when faced with this dilemma understandably just plead guilty, or plead guilty to a lesser charge when they have done nothing.Simply because they cant afford the legal fees to represent themselves fairly through the courts.
