We are seeking advice for leaseholders in ACM cladding buildings. The government has encouraged local authorities to issue improvement notices to freeholders but there is no guarantee that freeholders will not attempt to pass the cost on to leaseholders. We need legal advice and a strategy for leaseholders in relation to the improvement notices and the subsequent allocation of costs.
